What data we process
- contact details, especially name and e-mail,
- message content, training goal and information you voluntarily send,
- data needed to agree and provide the training service,
- technical data necessary for website operation,
- analytics and marketing data only if you give consent.
The contact form sends data to the operator by e-mail through Resend. The website itself does not store the message in its own database.
Purposes and legal bases
- replying to a message and pre-contract communication - contract performance or pre-contract relations,
- providing the training service - contract performance,
- accounting and tax duties - legal obligation,
- protection of rights and website security - legitimate interest,
- Google, Meta and Microsoft Clarity tools - consent, if you grant it in the cookie banner.
Who may access the data
Data may be made available only to the necessary extent to hosting and e-mail providers, Resend for form delivery, IT services, accounting, legal services, training apps or analytics and marketing tools including Microsoft Clarity, if you consent to them.
Google, Meta and Microsoft Clarity tools
If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, tools from Google, Meta and Microsoft may be used to measure traffic, website behaviour, heatmaps and communication effectiveness. The contact form is marked as masked for Microsoft Clarity. If you do not consent, these optional tools should not run and the website remains functional.
Retention period
- contact communication: for the time needed to handle the request,
- contract and accounting documentation: according to legal retention periods,
- cookie consent: up to 6 months from saving the choice,
- analytics and marketing data: according to the settings of the specific tools.

- right of access to data,

- right to erasure or restriction of processing,
- right to object to processing,
- right to data portability,
- right to withdraw consent if processing is based on consent,
